- Abstract
The article discusses the condition of a 52-year-old white male who presented with a several month history of penile lesions. The patient has pseudoepitheliomatous, keratotic, and micaceous balanitis (PKMB) which represents an exceedingly rare clinical entity arising on the glans penis in older men. It is concluded that PKMB is now regarded as a tumor with malignant potential and its poor response to conservative therapy and malignant potential emphasizes the importance of aggressive therapy.
