- Abstract
The article examines the the influence of social capital on U.S. property law through case studies dealing with such topics as racial segregation, exclusionary zoning, and block associations. Also addressed is the notion that racial pluralism has a detrimental impact on social capital, particularly in the realms of community involvement civic participation.
