- Abstract
An editorial is presented on relationship between the timing of revascularization with angiographic characteristics in NSTEMI patients and clinical outcomes. Topics include thrombolysis in myocardial infarction (TIMI) flow grade, multi-vascular disease, and location of the infarct vessel having independent predictors of mortality; and flow grade effect on assessment of myocardial salvage index and microvascular obstruction (MVO) based on cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) imaging.
