- Abstract
The source of the bleeding in cases of subarachnoid haemorrhage, in the presence of multiple intracranial aneurysms, is identified by specific neurological deficit and positive angiographic findings. Occasionally changes shown on electroencephalography may be helpful. When all these methods fail the initial symptoms may suggest a specific disturbance in the territory of an intracranial artery and this may assist in the diagnosis of the ruptured aneurysm.
