- Abstract
The article explains how continuity of care nurtures relationships with early childhood educators in the infant-toddler programs. It discusses the benefits of continuity of care for children, early childhood educators and families. Strategies for providing continuity of care are recommended that include amplifying efforts aimed at teacher retention, minimizing disruptions to teachers' group, aligning schedules to promote educator-family connections and connect with families via communication.
