- Abstract
The article examines the structures of label-free branched DNA molecules (BDM) in aqueous solution at room temperature. Topics discussed include the use of synchrotron small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXD) in studying the structures, the method used to reconstruct the thermal denaturation process of BDM and the potential application of the methods used in the experiment in studying other nucleic acids' structures.
