- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 36‑year‑old patient presented with bilateral nonsyndromic microspherophakia with blurred vision. Topics discussed include the prophylactic bilateral laser peripheral iridotomy (LPI) and right eye trabeculectomy, that the patient had underwent; the best corrected visual acuity of the patient; and the subluxated spherophakic lens diagnosed in the patient, for which the patient underwent a lensectomy.
