- Title
COMMON PROPERTY REDUX.
- Authors
ROBERTSON, MICHAEL
- Abstract
The article focuses on denigration of common property by liberalism and orthodox categories of private property, state property, and common property. It mentions that collective property has been subsumed within common property and created commons, public property, and the public domain. It also mentions historical evidence of the inferiority of state property regimes and the superiority of societies based on private property and expansion of private intellectual property rights.
