The article offers information on the decision of the Supreme Court of Canada in the case 'Tsilhqot'in Nation v. British Columbia' in which the court established land title for the Tsilhqot'in First Nation. Topics discussed judicial approach concerning aboriginal title lands in the country, Canada's declaration of aboriginal title, and importance of the Tsilhqot'in 'in case in the history of natives in Canada.
