- Abstract
The purpose of this study was to study the effect of a new infusion corrector on the intensity of lipid peroxidation (LPO) processes and the activity of antioxidant system (AOS) enzymes in the heart and liver during hemorrhagic shock. Analysis of the research results showed that the use of a new infusion corrector leads to inhibition of the LPO processes and the restoration of the activity of AOS enzymes in the liver and the heart, which indicates a pronounced antioxidant and detoxification effect of the new blood substitute corrector and the expediency of its use in acute blood loss and hemorrhagic shock.
