- Abstract
The article discusses the variety of ways in which springtime can improve one's mental and physical health. Topics include the benefits of the warm sun during spring in increasing vitamin D and serotonin levels from the pineal gland, how the spring improves one's sleep habits, several ways endorphins can be released such as running, walking and dancing, and the importance of spending more time outdoors and engaging in sports or other outdoor hobbies in improving mood and memory.
