- Abstract
The study aims to test the impact of social capital by its dimensions: structural, relational and the cognitive dimension on performance with the indicators of response, efficiency and effectiveness. Structural equation modeling of social capital and performance were used based on previous studies on the subject. The data were collected from a number of organizations in the Wilaya of Tebessa. By the study of 241 respondents as a study sample, using multiple regression, a statistically significant effect of social capital was found by its dimensions respectively: cognitive, structural and relational dimension on the performance of the studied organizations. Social capital accounted for 48% of changes in performance. The study presented a number of recommendations in light of its results, the most important of which is the need to strengthen the confidence factor among the employees.
