- Abstract
The article focuses on the teacher education program at Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio. Industrialist Dudley S. Blossom, Jr. was challenging the Department of Education to create a project that will improve the schools. They believe that the collaboration between college professors and graduates can improve the teacher-education program. Heidelberg professors exchange impression and ideas about teacher education preparation. The professors discussed to teachers and school administrators who are not Heidelberg graduates to determined what other schools are doing.
