Abstract
The article focuses on mindfulness and its utilization in countering or easing stress. It says that mindfulness is a therapeutic technique for mental health problems, and usually starts by paying attention to what is going on. Moreover, it was the opposite of multitasking, which tends people to lose connection with the present moment, and practices of which teaches people to live each moment without judgment. The article also provides several processes on how to start and cultivate mindfulness.
