The most important process for the success of occupational health and safety practices is the inservice training given in this context. In recent years, the use of technology in in-service training has become increasingly widespread, and the use of technology has become an important part of these trainings, especially during the Covid 19 outbreak and after. In addition to the great advantages it provides, educational technologies also bring some limitations. The aim of this study is to examine the technologies used in the in-service trainings given within the scope of occupational health and safety trainings and to evaluate the possible contributions and limitations to this process. In this context, the concept of in-service training and the concepts of occupational health and safety were examined. The use of technology in in-service training and the use of technology in training given within the scope of occupational health and safety were examined. The limitations of these technologies were discussed and recommendations were developed.
