- Abstract
The article discusses the reported relationship between gender and judicial decision making involving the various U.S. Supreme Court Justices such as Sonia Sotomayor as of July 2014, focusing on intersectionality, gender discrimination, and the psychological aspects of a judge's personal life experiences. Judicial diversity and women judges in America are mentioned, along with federal appellate courts in the U.S. The judicial appointment process and judicial voting behavior are examined.
