- Abstract
Employee turnover is very important problem and challenge wich is introduced to the managing structure of all contemporary organiza-tions especially in Macedonia. This mostly occurs in organizations because of the managers unfovourable competitive-ness, low conscience level of managers and their influence to the working and final performance and outcomes. Also, employee turnover has negative influence to the enterprises in the market, which may bring to decrease of the quality results, stagnation of the production process, supplyes increase, unplanned spend of materials, as well as high number od mistakes. However, it doesn't mean that the organization is poorly designed or poorly managed. They represent a phenomenon that needs to be addressed by managers through the application of certain strategies for dealing with them.
