This article describes a study of home schooling, which depending on the country, may fulfill the requirement of institutional compulsory education. Focusing on case studies in Poland and Germany, the work describes the various challenges facing both compulsory and home schooling in modern education. Finally the author draws conclusions on both forms of education system based on an economic analysis.
