- Abstract
The article offers information on the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Utility Air Regulatory Group v. U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), in which Justice Antonin Scalia limited the EPA's authority to regulate greenhouse gases (GHGs) emissions under the Clean Air Act. It also discusses the U.S. Supreme Court decision in cases including Massachusetts v. EPA and EPA v. EME Homer City Generation L.P. regarding control of CHG emissions and air pollution.
