- Abstract
Aim To assess a simple and immediate feedback tool. Method Service users' feedback was recorded using a simple push-button device. Results The cumulative results could be used as a trigger indicator. Discussion It is important to listen to the views of service users but feedback from people with significant learning disabilities can be difficult to elicit. Carers and people with learning disabilities were able to use the device under discussion. Conclusion The information obtained supplements that elicited with other feedback tools to give a broad view of the service.
