- Abstract
The article announces that Nigeria's Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has postponed Nigeria's presidential and federal legislative polls. It states that concerns about the security of voters and staffers nationwide have led INEC to take this decision. Also, it mentions that the Nigerian government has six weeks to eradicate insurgency by Boko Haram a militant Islamic group in the north, so that the Nigerian police department could provide security for the elections.
