- Abstract
The article discusses compliance issues in relation to the small-dollar lending industry in the U.S. as of March 2021. Also cited are the ratification by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) of the 2017 final rule on payday vehicle title, and certain high-cost installment loans, and the final rule issued by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) to allow federal credit unions to offer additional payday alternative loans to members.
