- Abstract
In this article the author presents his views on excision biopsy of small tumors. He states that narrow resection without preoperative diagnosis is not advisable by radiotherapist. He also recommends that if the tumar is confirmed as a high-grade sarcoma preoperative radiotherapy is helpful in curing it. He further recommends that soft-tissue tumor should be diagnosed and treated in a tumor center.
