- Abstract
"I'm Going to Come Find You... " When Zara Cadoux reported for work, she was the first non-Amazon worker through the door - a white woman in a union where all the leaders and most of the members are Black and Brown. For anyone who doesn't know, Smalls is the fired Amazon employee who led his co-workers in Staten Island's JFK8 warehouse to a union victory on April 1, 2022. When she started her internship, Cadoux was the only administrative assistant at ALU; to this day, she is the first and only person hired by ALU as full-time staff.
