Abstract
This article presents a court decision involving the uninsured motorist coverage in stolen cars in New York. The insurer sought to stay arbitration on the grounds that the vehicle's owner might possibly remain liable even from injuries caused after vehicle had been stolen. The court denied petitioner's application for a stay of arbitration. Issues concerning petitioner's speculation that owner might possibly have left his keys in the vehicle.
