- Title
UNINSURED MOTORIST AWARD -- INFANT CLAIM -- FLORIDA.
- Abstract
This article focuses on the decision made by the Appellate Court of Florida against the case "Fernandez versus Grange Mutual Casuality Co., 224 So. 2d 724" which is related to laws for uninsured motorist endorsement. The court dismissed the insurer's complaint. It is argued that the insurer can not disclaim the arbitral award denying his claim by asserting the defense of infancy of the claimant, who was 16-year-old.
