- Abstract
Yunus Emre who worked for introducing the Islam via sufism, have been read approvingly for centuries and the lyric poems inherited thorugh of his time. This situation left the importance of Risâletü'n-Nushiyye in back round. Works concerning Yunus Emre, Risâletü'n-Nushiyye has been neglected and this work investigated mostly its sufism and didactic way in the evaluations. In spite of Risâletü'n-Nushiyye has symbolic elements and some personifications, narrative items in the work pales beside lyric divine and become less noticeable. For that reason, we tried investigation about the work in terms of its natural structure, taking it is fist narrative work in its category in Anatolia. Yunus Emre used some expressional elements seen in narrative genres such as allegory, tales, personifications, talking, narrator diversity, view point, composition, to some extent, in Risâletü'n-Nushiyye. Given its period, we tried draw attention about Risâletü'n-Nushiyye's narrative specifications.
