- Abstract
The article tackles fraudulent transfer debts and the fresh start in bankruptcy. Topics discussed are exceptions to discharge of debt within the context of Bankruptcy Code provision, scheme of the Bankruptcy Code that affect fresh start where a debtor engaged in fraudulent transfer debt, impact of the decision in Husky International Inc. v. Ritz on nondischargeability determinations, and policies sanctioning debtor misconduct.
