It discusses concerns related to confrontation rights with regard to modern adversary system of criminal adjudication in the U.S. It mentions that in Crawford case, the U.S. Supreme Court overruled the implication of the U.S Supreme court case Ohio V. Roberts which deals with reliability framework for confrontation.
