- Abstract
The article presents a study on the prevalence of Toxoplasma gondii in pinnipeds from Antarctica. It mentions several antibodies against T. gondii such as Cystophora cristata, Erignathus barbatus and Phoca vitulina. The study involved 21 Antarctic fur seals, from which blood samples were collected and underwent direct agglutination tests. A table which list study results for various species such as Weddell seal, Southern elephant and seal is presented.
