The article presents a case study of a 78-year-old Caucasian male with severe blood pressure lability. The patient had a diagnosis of hypertension for about 10 years, but had been previously well controlled. He had erectile dysfunction but no history of urinary incontinence or retention, or any other genitourinary complaints. The results of a series of medical screening conducted are provided.
