- Abstract
The article presents a case study on primary aortobronchial fistula-induced (ABF) hemoptysis. A 75-year-old man was presented with recurrent hemoptysis and a thoracic aortic aneurysm after developing sudden back pain. The case emphasized the importance of early diagnosis of the high index in a patient who might have an ABF and supported that endovascular stent repair can provide a viable alternative to open surgery.
