- Abstract
The article presents the text of the entire French manuscript "Miroir de l'âme," which allows comparison with the recently edited Latin version. It is stated that the author's analysis is aimed at establishing the date of the translation, as well as the intentions, rhetorical strategies, and possible identity of the translator. An analysis of the meaning of the preface of the French manuscript, which focuses on God's love for both men and women, is presented.
