The article focuses on the Ohio Supreme Court's decision in case DirecTV Inc. v. Levin that addressed issues of tax imposed on satellite provider DirecTV but not cable providers based on violation of the Commerce Clause of the U.S Constitution. Topics discussed include the majority and dissenting justices of the Ohio Supreme Court on this case, the errors in the court's reasoning in this case and the economic impact of the cable and satellite providers in Ohio.
