- Abstract
The article presents information on cohort analysis carried out to determine ac existence of association between the U.S. Veterans Health Administration (VHA) training program and surgical mortality. It mentions that the goal of medical team training programs is to improve the patient safety and staff satisfaction. It concludes that study resulted in lower surgical mortality rate with training program.
