- Abstract
The article presents a case study about a 57-year-old man diagnosed with acute carotid artery rupture (CAR). It states that the patient developed CAR as a result of a post-operative infection with Staphylococcus areus following oncologic neck surgery. It highlights the clinical and histopathologic findings of the case.
