The article offers the author's insights on patient-centered care. The author discusses effective and efficient way on how doctors can understand the believes and values of patients on their health. The author illustrates the approach and questions that must be taken into consideration by every doctor and medical student in asking the health of patients. Also mentioned by the author is the increasing time pressure and burn-out faced by primary care physicians.
