- Abstract
The article comments on a public-health approach to prevent a generation of feral adults in Great Britain. It is important to recognize children's right to learn self-discipline and the validity of certain forms of authority. The Youth Justice Board's strategy offers preventive and educational programs that are being targeted at children as young as eight and lessening the delays in the criminal justice system. The Board formed youth offending teams with a purpose to change behavior.
