Title
BARKER-MILL APARTMENT.
Abstract
The article argues for minimalist architectural design of the Barker-Mill Apartment in London, England. This 2,500 square-foot apartment overlooks the Thames river between the Battersea and Albert bridges. The north-south axis with a long stretch of solid white wall on one side was opened. A floor-to-ceiling wall made of curved satin glass was used to separate the doorless kitchen and bedroom areas from the study and living rooms.
