- Abstract
The author discusses several articles within the issue and states that two of them were written by authors outside of the United States. He discusses a longitudinal study that examines the effects of reform efforts in 35 schools. The study features interviews with teachers, administrators, students, and parents. Another article discussed features interviews with 10 Latino student teachers and examines their experiences and observations teaching in urban and suburban schools. Another article looks at the importance of teacher-family collaborations.
