- Abstract
The article discusses the use of electronic resources and information and communication technology (ICT) in African university libraries, particularly in Nigeria. According to the author, Nigerian public institutions have smaller digital collections due to lack of funding and poor ICT infrastructure. An overview of research is presented on topics such as electronic information use studies, CD-ROM databases in libraries, and Internet access in public schools and libraries.
