- Abstract
The article discusses the water wheel presentation of Kenichi Miura during the 2010 Gathering for Gardner. In his presentation, Miura reported his idea of water wheel with buckets in the shape of Reuleaux triangles, the simplest examples of plane shapes of constant width that are not circles. The mains properties of shapes of constant width and the gadgets and animations that were inspired by Miura's water wheel is also discussed.
