The article discusses recent developments in China. It reports that China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has recently issued a notice that declared government agencies and telephone operators were cracking down on mobile phones installed with malware that steal user fees. It says that Taobao.com, China's largest online retailer, had a dramatic growth in 2010 with its number of users increasing to more than 370 million, up from 176 million in 2009.
