- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 37-year-old man who was presented the emergency department with an incident of near-drowning. The patient has underwent laboratory and physical examinations and was noted with mild pre-tibial pitting oedema, haemoglobin and creatine phosphokinase. His hypoxic injury revealed acute kidney injury and Ischaemic acute tubular necrosis.
