- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit case NML Capital, Ltd. v. Banco Central de la República Argentina which was related to recovery of investments through attachment of assets. It describes the court's decision that the property of a foreign central bank held in the U.S. for its own account is immune from attachment under the U.S. Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
