- Abstract
Bullrings, emblematic buildings found in many Spanish and Ibero-American cities, frequently adopted a Neo-Mudejar style between the 19th and 20th centuries. After reviewing their historical context, various typological data, and proposals in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), the study analyzes the unpublished plans by architect Francisco Hernández Rubio in 1893 for a new Neo-Mudejar bullring --finally never built-- and provides its digital graphic rendering.
