The article offers information on the updates related to the labelling of certain classes of veterinary medicines. It informs that third and fourth generation cephalosporins select for resistant strains should be used for the treatment of severe clinical conditions in animals and product labelling is required on products related to anthelmintic resistance in sheep. It also mentions that cephalosporins should not be used in poultry farms.
