The article presents the author's views regarding the ability to determine and appreciate solidarity in official organizations or individual agents in Greece. Approach for critical social scientists based on possessive individualism as hegemonic values, is argued. Also explored is the history and academic ethnocentrism as well as understanding of solidarity.
