- Abstract
The article presents information on the last-chance agreement, which is related to the suspension disciplinary action against union employee with a return of probationary period for completing a set of requirements. The challenges facing the arbitrators for enforcing the agreement, issues related to its finality and the situations during which employee under the last-chance agreement is terminated are discussed. The interpretation of the agreement is also discussed.
