- Abstract
The article focuses on the U.S. Supreme Court case Kelo v. City of New London, wherein concerns regarding the use of eminent domain for economic development in states were discussed. It depicts future challenges to the exercise of eminent domain. It discusses recent economic troubles for changing eminent domain reform laws and depicts that more future suits challenging the legality of eminent domain will target federal agency condemnations.
